Card payment troubleshoot
Occasionally you may encounter occassional problems with your credit / debit card payments. Please read the following to resolve any problems indicated on the payment screen.
Transaction DECLINED by the bank
Your payment has been declined by your issuing bank. It may be that they have automatically blocked this transaction as a security measure to prevent card fraud.
Please can you ring your card issuer to enquire about this attempted transaction and if they are satisfied that this transaction is not a fraudulent transaction then they can release the card for payment. After it is released retry your card.
Transaction REJECTED by the Vendor
The payment was stopped as the address details you have put your account does not match the card address registered to the card you are paying with. Please edit your account to put the correct cardholders address and retry your card payment.
