Collection by Appointment

  • * You can place orders online for collection and select to collect for free during checkout shipping selection. Your payment will be pre authorised and charged on collection
  • * Alternatively we can accept a 10% deposit to secure an order and pay the balance on collection. Please call our customer service team on 0800 862 0330 to discuss this further

UK Delivery Information

  • * For items “in stock” this will be marked in the product description for Next working day delivery; these will be usually dispatched same day if ordered before 3pm Mon-Fri (excluding Bank Holidays)
  • * If the product is not in stock the estimated delivery time will be displayed and we will source your order from our network suppliers. We will normally deliver the majority of orders within 5 to 21 days unless otherwise stated in the product description.
  • * All product prices displayed include UK 20% VAT (correct as of May 2017)
  • * Standard signed-for delivery costs from £11.95p (before 5:30pm) per delivery (regardless of number of items ordered). Timed and Saturday deliveries are available at extra cost.

    • Royal Mail Special Delivery (Saturday Guaranteed) - £19.95
    • Royal Mail Special Delivery (before 9am) - £27.95

  • * Your purchase will be dispatched when we have the products in stock and receipt of payment is confirmed. We will email you to confirm your item has been released including tracking details of the courier
  • * When orders are dispatched from our UK depot we pack the goods securely in a bubble-wrapped unmarked outer brown cardboard box to prevent transit damage to the goods. All deliveries are then made using a signed-for secure courier with full Goods In Transit insurance so if the parcel is lost or damaged you will not be at a loss.
  • * For orders with a specific schedule requirement please contact our customer service team with your request.

International Orders information

We are currently able to deliver to the following European countries (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden

  • Orders to European countries charged at £37.95 using Fedex/UPS and fully insured up to the value of the parcel. Tracking numbers will be provided for all orders.
  • All prices displayed include 20% UK VAT (correct as of May 2017).
  • All watches are dispatched from the UK so No extra VAT or duty payable upon delivery to EU countries
  • Delivery to European countries will be 1 to 3 working days from dispatch depending on your country.
  • For items In stock marked for next working day delivery these will be usually dispatched same day if ordered before 12pm GMT Monday to Friday.
  • If paying by credit/debit card then our card processor requires us to deliver orders to your credit/debit card billing address for fraud prevention purposes. If you wish for delivery to an alternative address (e.g. work) then please contact us first and we can advise you on your options. Additional security checks will be required.
  • We do not deliver to third-party couriers. All deliveries must be signed for by the customer directly

Order Status

When you place your order with us you will be able to see the current status of your order by logging into "My Account".

  • Pending Payment Confirmation - We have received your order and we are waiting for payment confirmation from your choice of payment method
  • Pending Order Processing - We have received your order and a member of our customer services team will process your order shortly. If paying by credit card it will only be pre-authorised. The payment will not be taken or show on your statement until dispatched.
  • Processing - We have confirmed payment from you and your order is waiting for stock to arrive in order to be dispatched. We will give you an estimated delivery schedule and any other information with regards to your order during processing.
  • Dispatched - Your order has been posted for next working day delivery. The tracking details for the courier will be emailed to you for your reference. Your card will then be charged and appear on your statement.
