We understand Christmas is a very busy time for everybody so to make Christmas shopping easier for our customers we are offering an extended Christmas returns option starting from 1st November so that you can get your watch as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

We do advise customers to order early in order to give us enough time to source your product before Christmas, so please try to place your order by Wednesday 30th November. After this date we advise you to contact our customer services before ordering if the item is not in stock to check the delivery dates.

However if the item you are interested in is showing “IN STOCK - Next Day Delivery” then we have at least one piece in store and available for delivery immediately to you. We advise customers to order quickly before it is sold out

Please note we will be closed for a short Christmas break from 23rd December and we will return back to work on Tuesday 3rd January 2017.

Extended Christmas Returns Requests

To enable you to purchase your watch in time for Christmas we are offering an extended returns option to ask for a refund or exchange up to Friday 6th Jan 2017 for your orders placed between Tuesday 1st November to Friday 23rd Dec 2016.

In order to obtain this you must request an extended Christmas returns when you place your order

You can do this several ways:

  • * During checkout please put "Extended Christmas returns policy required" in the comments box.
  • * You can request this also by replying to the automated order confirmation after completing the checkout. Please put "Extended Christmas returns policy required" in the subject header.
  • * You can ring our customer services and ask to speak to sales to request this.


Christmas returns policy conditions

All extended returns policies are subject to the following conditions in addition to our standard returns policy:

  • * All orders requesting the extended Christmas returns period must be pre-approved by a member of our staff before delivery.
  • * A request for exchange or full refund must be made to us by 5th January 2016 through email
  • * All items must be returned unworn and undamaged
  • * All packaging and documentation must be returned to us undamaged
  • * Orders placed in November with the Extended Christmas Returns required will be ordered and kept in stock ready to be delivered in the period Dec 1st to Dec 16th. Your card will not be charged until dispatched to you.
  • * Your statutory rights are not affected
