Ball Watch Company has created the Engineer Master II Divers for professional divers. Featuring a unique inner unidirectional rotating divers bezel operated with a screw-down crown, this is the safest feature for when going underwater diving. For deeper diving, bright illumination is necessary to ensure the diver can read his watch in all conditions. This watch features Ball's patented self-powered micro gas tubes which provide constant light without the need to recharge, these micro-gas lights are up to 100 times brighter than watches that use conventional luminous paints.

Additional features designed for divers are both crowns are sealed with red-coloured O-rings for superior water resistance. This gives the diver notification that the crowns are not completely screwed-in for greater safety against water leaks
